Nish Shah

Intuitive, warm, creative and challenging, Nish is a senior coach with over 18 years’ experience working with established and emerging business leaders, as well as leadership teams. 

Having co-led the UK coaching team and offer at a Big Four Accountancy Firm, Nish has been privileged to work with (and learn from) thought leaders in the field and appreciates both the personal and commercial contexts to Executive Coaching.   She now works part-time for a small, agile organisation in Financial Services, and balances this with a portfolio of private coaching work, supporting individuals, teams and other coaches.  

Nish is particularly interested in exploring the psychological dimensions that drive behaviour and underpin our interactions with others, as well as inform our impact as leaders.  Building deep relationships and trust, she works with honesty, compassion and a strong understanding of relevant theory to enable change in a way that is safe, brave and sustainable.
