Leadership requires grit.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, grit is defined as - 'firmness of solidarity of character; indomitable spirit or pluck; stamina.’
Our coaches, consultants and facilitators bring their A-game to provoke change and growth in leaders and their teams and ask that our clients fully commit to their own success to achieve their desired goals.

Grit was founded in 2003 by Dr Sam Humphrey.
We are an established business committed to delivering impactful outcomes for individuals, teams and businesses. Our approaches are varied, evidentially credible and underpinned with a coaching ethos.
